In truly effective communication, you will find that between 30% and 50% of your interactions comes from your Nurturing Parent. People will respond much better to your Nurturing Parent than to any other kind of messaging. When negotiating or communicating in any business situation, you should aim for 70% of the messaging to come from your Nurturing Parent and 30% to come from your Adult track.
